Hello Patton Community!
Volunteering is one of the best ways to get involved in the Patton community. Your PTA invites you to indicate via this survey the volunteer opportunities you may be interested in during the 2025-26 school year. Please sign up for as MANY opportunities as you are interested in. We know it can be hard to plan ahead at times, so please keep in mind that saying YES to a particular event(s) does not automatically commit you or obligate you to volunteer. It simply provides us a good place to start!
As the Volunteer Coordinator, I will be monitoring the form responses and will pass the final volunteer schedules, created based on these follow-up responses, on to the Committee Chair(s). You will then be contacted by the Committee Chair coordinating the event/program you are signed up to volunteer for.
Here is some clarification for some terms you will see as you fill out this form:
Volunteer: A volunteer is a person interested in helping the day of the event. This could be, but is not limited to, setting up, manning a station, take down/clean up, etc.
Committee Member: A committee member is a person interested in helping the
Committee Chair(s) to plan, organize and (if available) volunteer at the event.
